I found the hotel to have a luxurious feel with marble stone, and the back rooms offered a wide range of Spanish TV channels to watch live matches, which was great. However, the absence of a coffee machine or electric water kettle was a letdown for me.

I had a mixed experience with the staff. While some were friendly, there were incidents like noisy neighbors not being addressed, and finding items from previous occupants in my room. One staff member yelled at my partner, which left a negative impression.

The hotel's location was excellent, situated centrally between the train station, airport, and downtown Madrid. It was extremely convenient for walking around and sightseeing. The proximity to Carrefour and nearby metro stations added to its appeal.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were unexpectedly large and comfy with a lovely terrace offering great views. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. The location was ideal for our activities, though we had to wait inside while taxis passed. The dining options were good, but slightly overpriced. Overall, a great experience, with some minor drawbacks.
